Cancellation has to be reasonable. Prefer 60 day notice because bookings are made in advance for trips to Hawaii. If we are able to rebook, we will grant deposit back minus $25 handling charge.

Hosts enjoy people. Phyllis is Realtor. Have bible study in home every Thursday night for our Christian community. New hobby is golf in our senior years. Phyllis loves swimming and watching tennis. Don is avid reader. Phyllis studies herbs and alternative health.
