Apple cake

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g milk
- 1000 g apple (better renette)
- 1/4 yeats dose
Steps:
- to melt the butter in hot milk (not to boil)
- To beat sugar with the egg and, when milk is cold, to mix all together also with 1/4 of yeast dose and 1 hg of flour.
- To peel apples and to cut at slices. To mix with the kneaded previously obtained.
- To put all in a buttered and clad with oven–paper baking pan .
- To bake at 150° for 50 minutes
