Apple cake: Dessert

Prep time:1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 100 g sugar

  • 100 g flour

  • 100 g butter

  • 100 g milk

  • 1000 g apple (better renette)

  • 1/4 yeats dose

Step 1:

to melt the butter in hot milk (not to boil)

Step 2:

To beat sugar with the egg and, when milk is cold, to mix all together also with 1/4 of yeast dose and 1 hg of flour.

Step 3:

To peel apples and to cut at slices. To mix with the kneaded previously obtained.

Step 4:

To put all in a buttered and clad with oven–paper baking pan .

Step 5:

To bake at 150° for 50 minutes
