Sausage Cheese Quiche
Total preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 9" pie crust
- 3/4 cup Ground pork
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch garlic salt
- 1 can Evaporated milk
Steps:
- Brown sausage, place in bottom of pie crust. Layer cheese over sausage.
- Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until center is firm. Freezes well and can be reheated easily.
