• Cancellations:
  Due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly. Accordingly, cancellations, for any reason with fewer than 14 days notice forfeit deposit - you are always welcome to send someone else in your place. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice are given 90% refund. Cancellations, regardless of the reason, within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are not transferrable to another date. You may always send a friend or family member in your place. Weekly bookings subject to 60 day cancellation policy.
