• Cancellations:
  As a small inn, we ask that you understand our need for ample notice of cancellation. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. Should you cancel within the last seven days prior to your reservation and the Inn is unable to re-book the guestroom, you will be held responsible for the first night's rental.

  Follow HWY 54 to the stoplight/junction of State Road KK in Osage Beach. Turn righ onto KK. Drive about 2.5 miles until you see the main entrance of Tan Tar A Resort and drive right on by! Approximately 1/2 mile on down KK the road will fork and turn into Red Barn Road. Keep to the right at that fork (onto Red Barn) and also at the next fork, whick is approximately 1/4 of a mile on down. At each of the forks, you'll see a sign for the Inn at Harbour Ridge with a directional arrow and flowerbox. Afte rthe second fork, watch for our Big Red Barn on the right. The driveway to the B & B is at the far end of the barn, just after the two mailboxes and before the flagpole. The Inn at Harbour Ridge is beige with a green roof, two dormers and a cupalo. We'll be expecting you!
