Beer Bread

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- Warm Beer (1 can)
- 1 1/2 cups Unbleached Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3 teaspoons Sugar
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with butter and jelly/preserves. Makes 1 loaf.
