Berry Stuffed French Toast

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 6 Slices Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Twist Bread cut into 1/4" cubes
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 4 oz Cream Cheese cut into cubes
- 4 oz Frozen Berry Medly
- 1 cup Milk
Steps:
- Place 1/2 the bread cubes in a 8*8 lightly greased pan. Put cream cheese cubes on top, then the fruit, and top with remaining bread cubes.
- Combine eggs, sugar and milk in a bowl. Pour over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigeratoe overnight.
- When ready to bake, remove plastic wrap and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Remove from oven and let toast rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut into serving pieces, top with a pad of butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired to decorate.
