General InformationOur lovely homestead, built in 1796 by Vermont's First Governor, is set upon 500 sprawling acres. This property has been in our family since 1873 and we pride ourselves in keeping the land open and free from development. The home itself is a Federal-style Colonial Revival and has a romantic charm all of it's own! Please come and stay amid the lovely green mountains, rolling fields and panoramic views!

Policies- Minimum stay required (2 Night Minimum on peak weekends and during foliage season, call for details.)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Well behaved children welcome! Not child-proofed.)

- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted
- Deposit amount required (Credit card to hold the room, or one night's stay paid in advance. May choose payment type upon check-out.)
