General InformationBurled maple, silver filigree, Dali watercolors, fresh-cut flowers, delicate stained glass. There are the nuances of your private get-away. 12-foot ceilings and heart-of-pine floors set the ambiance for this 120-year-old home turned B&B in Nashville's premiere historic district. Guests may choose from the Library Suite downstairs, with its canopied bed, working fireplace, and oriental rugs, or the Hearts and Flowers Suite upstairs, with a size queen bed and a writing desk in its pleasant alcove and with wicker furniture grouping.
Both suites have private baths, a double sink vanity and claw-foot soaking tub and shower for the Library, a Jacuzzi & shower for Hearts and Flowers. Luxurious linens, Frette chenille robes, feather beds and down comforters add to your pleasure. Afternoon wine or tea, fruit and cheese where would you like your refreshment? In your room? On the lover's porch outside the Library Suite? Perhaps in the sumptuous dining room beneath a turn-of-century bronze chandelier or fireside in the parlor.
Start your day with the inn's breakfast menu designed by famed gourmet cookbook author Daisy King. You're just a short ride from the Performing Arts Center, the Frist Museum, Music Row, and the University Area. Feel like staying in?
