General Information

This 1870s home has 7 guest rooms and a Whirlpool Suite, most with queen-size beds and all with private baths and air conditioning . We offer cable TV and a notebook computer with a high-speed Internet connection in the front parlor for those who must keep in touch with the working world. Wireless access is also available for those with laptop cards.

Enjoy a full breakfast in the dining room before heading to the beach or perhaps some sport fishing in the Atlantic. Walk to weddings and events at the Towers and Coast Guard House. If you prefer your sand in a bunker, eighteen area golf courses beckon. The inn is also conveniently located for trips to nearby points of interest such as Newport, Mystic Village, and Block Island. At the end of the day, catch the evening breeze on our front porch, lawn chairs, or yard swing.

If you are interested in a longer stay, we have an attached two-bedroom apartment that can be rented by the week.

• Deposit amount required (Deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay or the cost of a one night stay whichever is greater is required to make a reservation. We do not accept bedandbreakfast.com gift certificates.)
• Check in time is 4 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  If your plans change, deposits are refundable less a 10% processing fee if we are given a 10-day cancellation notice. After 10 days you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation unless we are able to re-book the rooms. There is no refund for early departures. Weekly Hideaway rentals have an alternate policy as described on our website.

  FROM THE NORTH: Route I-95 South past Providence to RI Exit 9 which will put you on Route 4. Follow 4 until it merges with Route 1 South, continue approximately eight miles to the Narragansett exit. Make a left at the light at the end of the off ramp, go counter-clockwise halfway through the rotary, following signs to Narragansett. You are now on Kingstown Road. Go to the first light, turn right at the light, follow the road as it bends left. Drive three blocks to Robinson St. The inn is the first house on the left after you cross Robinson. The parking lot is through the stone pillars. FROM THE SOUTH: Route I-95 North to Connecticut Exit 92. Turn right onto Route 2, follow to Route 78 and take that east to Route 1 north. Drive about 15 to 20 minutes to the Narragansett exit off Route 1 onto South Pier Road. At the second light (Pt. Judith Rd.) make a left and travel to the rotary. Make a right into the circle and take your first right out of it to Kingstown Road (Scenic 1A North.) Go to the first light, turn right at the light, follow the road as it bends left and drive three blocks to Robinson Street. The inn is the first house on the left after you cross Robinson. The parking lot is through the stone pillars.
