  • Our signature dish is Blue Waters Bread Pudding
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 lemon peel, grated
    2 1/2 cups soft white bread (about 7 slices), crusts removed, in chunky pieces
    2 cups milk
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    3 eggs, separated
    2 whole eggs
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter a casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar and the lemon peel. Add the bread, milk, and butter, blending well. Add the egg yolks, whole eggs, and baking powder and mix well. Beat the egg whites until they hold a stiff peak, then fold them into the mixture. Pour into the baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes.

  • Cancellations:
    Refunds for individual bookings will be made only if cancellations are made fourteen (14) days in advance of the arrival date. If a cancellation must be made inside these specified cancellation windows, we regret that a deposit refund is not possible under any circumstances. In addition, deposits will not be refunded to guests in “no show” or early departure circumstances.

Cross the Ted Jordan Bridge. Make 2nd left (almost immediate) on Pine Ridge Road. Lodge is 0.2 miles on right. Large Brown house with green rocking chairs on porch - lake will be on left.

Make right at 2nd light (Ingles on left, Popeyes straight ahead) onto Route 129. Go through town - approximately 4 miles. Cross the Ted Jordan Bridge. Make 2nd left (almost immediate) on Pine Ridge Road. Lodge is 0.2 miles on right. Large Brown house with green rocking chairs on porch - lake will be on left.
