Florida Citrus Soup

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 3-4 Grapefruit
- 3-4 Oranges
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 2 cups Mixed light fruit juice/Apple, Strawberry, Banana. mango, passion fruit, no citrus
- 8 maraschino cherries and 2 Tbls. maraschino cherry juice
- 2 packets Artificial Sweetner
Steps:
- Cut grapefruit in half and use grapefruit knife to cut sections. Squeeze grapefruit to remove sections and juice.
Place in 3 quart bowl to be covered.
- Cut oranges in half and use grapefruit knife to cut sections. Squeeze oranges to remove sections and juice and add to bowl.
- Peel and core ripe pineapple. Finely chop and mash pineapple along with any juice produced and add to bowl.
- Add 2 cups of juice, maraschino cherries and juice. Chill thoroughly and serve in magarita glasses on plate with doily and larger spoon.
