Located in a wooded setting, the Inn provides the perfect place for cozy weekends away from the hustle and bustle of everyday demands. We are an easy drive from CT, NY, RI and NJ, as well the Province of Quebec Canada. We preserve the heritage of the past reminiscent of old Austria, but also provide modern amenities for our guests' comfort, including feather beds and European bedding, 24-hour coffee service, in-bath amenities and hairdryers, fireplaces, and more. Located in southern Vermont, we are near many recreational activities, music, art, and theatre venues, historical sites, and unending shopping and antiquing.

It was fantastic! We felt so welcome. Very nice innkeepers. B&B was the best we had during our round trip

Mary Lynn and Del are the ultimate innkeepers, bestowing every little touch on this wonderful house, high up above Rt 100 in southern Vermont. Visitors have their own little romantic apartment downstairs with fireplace, tv and fridge. Breakfast is an event and by arrangement dinner is candlelit and lovely.

outstanding food, great hospitality and thoughtfulness of our hosts highlighted our stay. A quiet cozy place in a lovely setting. Room a bit small, everything else great.

Friendly, welcoming hosts -- they have a happy hour / serve wine in the afternoon/evening (incl.) and will help you make dinner reservations in surrounding restaurants (we ended up at the excellent Doveberry Inn). The rooms and house are on the twee side, in a sweet way. Note that there is one shared bathroom and fireplace for both rooms, but I believe the innkeepers try not to rent out to more than one set of guests at a time. Many small touches add up to a lovely overall experience. Overall great value

We spent a weekend with Mary Lyn and Del to witness the leaves of autumn in Vermont and were pleasantly surprised with their hospitality. Their home is cozy and welcoming, but it's their cheery personality and great conversation that make you look forward to coming "home" in the evening. Those with cat allergies might have a problem, but cat lovers will be happy. Mary Lyn's cooking is also something to look forward to. A pleasant surprise, in a beautiful part of the Green Mountains.
