Granny Steak

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of round steak
- 3/4 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tabls. butter
- 2 Tabls. Better than Bullion
- 3-4 cups water
Steps:
- Trim fat from round steak. Cut Steak into 12 similer size pieces.
- Mix flour,onion powder,salt and pepper together. Sprinkle over steak on a floured cutting board and pound flour mixture into the steak with a meat tenderizing mallot.
- Melt butter into dutch oven. Fry steak on each side until brown. When all pieces are browned add 3-4 cups of water and 2 T. Better than Bullion. Place lid on pan. When comes to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 1 hour.
- You can cook longer or place in oven if desired at 350 degrees. Makes its own gravy! Eat and Enjoy!!!!
