General Information

A Grand Victorian Painted Lady (1885), sits majestically on a wooded acre of beautiful gardens and century-old oaks; restored and decorated with a mix of antiques and unique pieces. Commanding view of downtown Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Giant wraparound porch and galleries of historic architecture of Asheville. Guests are pampered with fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. Hill House is close to Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and Chimney Rock.

  • Deposit amount required (1 night deposit for 1-3 nights; 50% deposit required for 4 or more days booked, or two or more rooms booked.)
  • Check in time is 4-7 pm and Check out time is 11 am
  • Cancellations:
    If reservation cancelled within 8-14 days prior to check in, deposit is non-refundable; If cancelled within 7 days prior to check in, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved; 30 days notice required for holidays and leaf season. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
