Fish cakes (accra) are an appetizer or can be served for breakfast with Cocoa tea. Puffy, locally-seasoned, lightly fried cod fish cakes served with a garlic mayonnaise sauce and creole bread. Cocoa tea is a locally made rich chocolate drink ranked as one of the top health foods.
