We have 150 restaurants within a 15 minute walk – including the top-rated Olive’s (right across the street), and many more close by, in the historic North End.

Our friendly concierge will be happy to set up a variety of fun and exciting things to do while in Boston. Why not enjoy a Whale Watch, a fun Duck Tour, a scenic Dinner Cruise, or your own Private Sailboat or Motorboat Charter, exploring some of the 34 spectacular & historic Boston Harbor Islands. One of our most popular B&B vessels, the vintage sailboat Rozinante, is often available for a private harbor cruise (at discounted rates to our guests). A romantic sunset sail can be a memory for a lifetime!

If you want to eat-in you can prepare dinner on one of our poolside grills and then relax right on Boston Harbor with drinks by the heated pool, or on your own private boat-deck.

Whether spending a night or a week, you will certainly enjoy the ambiance, the comfort, and the romance of staying “on the water” with all the amenities of a traditional hotel. If you're flying into Boston you can even enjoy a water taxi right from the airport directly to our dock…how cool is that!

Policies

• Smoking is allowed outside only
• We cannot accommodate guest pets
• Limitations on children staying (with prior approval and arrangements. Call for information)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (Full deposit at time of booking. There is a late check in fee of $35 after 8 pm (June - August), 6 pm (other months). Late check in must be pre-arranged.)
• Closed: Closed November till April
• Check in time is 3-6* pm (*call) and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  We gladly refund deposits up to 14 days from arrival date less a $35 cancellation fee. After this time we can only refund deposit money provided we are able to resell the nights covered by the reservation less the cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice the full reservation will be charged. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for late arrivals or for early departures.

He is also a talented actor and dancer, a gourmet cook, and an instructor of aikido and sailing at MIT since 1990.
