• Deposit amount required (A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking.)

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations more than 14 days out will receive a full refund less $39.00 processing fee. Cancellations 7-14 days of arrival will receive a credit on a gift certificate towards a future booking. A cancellation within 7 days of reservation will be subject to and charged for all nights reserved, including all applicable taxes. A 30 day cancellation is required for all Holidays and Leaf Season. Cancellations within 30 days of reservation during this time is subject and charged for all nights reserved, including all applicable taxes.

  From I-40 or I-26 take I-240 East to Asheville and take the Montford Avenue exit #4C. At the top of the ramp and at the first traffic light, turn right. At the next light, turn right on to Montford Avenue and cross back over the expressway. Proceed 0.8 of a mile to Watauga Street and turn left. After the first house on the right, turn right on the small street, Watauga Place. Follow Watauga Place to the back of Katherine's where youwill find our parking area. Please follow the walkway to the front of the house for check-in.

Innkeepers

• Innkeeper(s): Ginger and TAG Goslin
  TAG enjoys anything outdoors: Surfing, wakeboarding, boating, and saltwater fishing. Now that he is in Asheville, he will add kayaking and hiking. Ginger enjoys travel first and foremost. Her favorite destinations would be in Europe. She also enjoys a good book, listening to music, dancing, relaxing on a boat captained by TAG and fishing, as long as she does not have to actually touch the bait or fish.
