With its sequestered location on the first floor, ample bathroom with claw footed tub & walk-in shower, cozy fireplace and slate floor, this lodging is suitable for lovers or singles. Please note: bedstead is very old, prestandardization wrought iron, slightly shorter than a modern double bed (not suitable for guests over 5'11"). Wifi, A/C, lilypond outside (Spring frogs' singing may keep a light sleeper awake). Key to outer door, as well (free egress).

Aptly named, the grandest room, featuring Gothic Kabinet bed & extra sleigh daybed, fireplace, wireless internet, terrace view of the vineyard and lilypond (no TV). Soaring ceiling, bay window, rocking setee and wingback chair for reading. Often used as a bridal room, it is also suitable for families with a child in tow. Shower only, telephone. Private entrance, second floor.

With a medieval view of the Gazebo Garden, fountain, Teahouse and Big Haus, this is the most fantastic room. Terrace view, soaring ceiling & fireplace mantle, ornately carved Chinese sidechairs, velvet ottoman, ample armoire for clothing (no TV). Chinoiserie on bed and fireplace. This second floor room has a private entrance, shower only, wireless, telephone.

A lovely single room, suitable for women on business, scholars or extended stays. Very "pensione" feeling, with balcony view of Gazebo Garden and fountain, common room below for reading wingbacks.

Conference & Banquet Hall
Suitable for a relaxed business conference, wedding reception, bar mitzvah or family reunion. Prairie style concert hall with bright acoustics, seats 85 formally, 100 for conferences, catering kitchen below. Raised stage, "box seats" in Dessert Loft, baby grand piano and Holtkamp pipe organ. We provide ten 60" round tables w/vintage folding chairs (may be draped). Best Ann Arbor caterers staff our kitchen. May be used with Gazebo Garden in warmer months (60).

Three Bears Cottage

Concert Hall: Holtkamp Pipe Organ, raised stage, seating for 100. Acoustics good for voice and strings(no DJ's), we host formal banquets, seminars, master workshops and receptions.The "Green Room" main breakfast area, also available for small, private dinners. Seating for twenty-two (22), overlooking Gazebo Garden and frontage.
Three Bears Suite,carriage house: inner room with single bed, frontal room with both queen and single. View of fountain, Big Haus and Parsonage, lots of bird song in warm months. First floor, private entrance, wireless. A common room outside has overstuffed wingbacks w/ottomans and New York Times.
Parsonage Courtyard Room: Very "feng shui" with cozy fireplace, heated slate floor, rocking settee, and beds for three: a sleigh daybed, queen "kabinet bed" w/overhead draped tester, wireless, telephone, and private entrance. Shower only, but good reading chair. View of Gazebo Garden. There is a common room in the outer area, with New York Times and current mags, ottomans and overstuffed wingbacks. Parsonage Ramparts Room: 2nd floor, TV, wireless with desk, queen brass bed. Private entrance,'phone, A/C, wingback reading chair and tall child's bed. Small, old fashioned heater in lieu of fireplace.
Parsonage China Room: 2nd floor, medieval-like vista of the Gazebo Garden and carriage house. A single sleigh bed with queen cabinet bed, veranda, wireless, shower bath and private entrance. A/C.
