General InformationThe Meranova Guest Inn offers luxury accommodations in a stylish, contemporary bed and breakfast setting, and is located in the charming quaint village of Dunedin. Fully renovated in 1998-2000, each distinctively different suite offers a private entrance, most with porch or balcony, private bath, and kitchenette. Featured in "Southern Living" magazine in September 2005 and "Coastal Living" magazine in September 2007.

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (complimentary nightcap, and special events)
- Deposit amount required (One night deposit for special events and 1 week stays, and 1 week deposit for 1 month stays.)
- Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
- Cancellations:
Cancellation policies are applicable between 2 weeks and 30 days depending upon particular reservations. One night deposit required for special events and for 1 week stays, and 1 week deposit for 1 month stays. For special events, the entire amount may be charged if we are unable to rent the room and the cancellation is within the 2 week period preceding arrival. "No Shows" will be charged for the entire reservation. Discounts available:

From downtown St. Pete take 5th Ave. W. to Alt. 19 N. Travel 13 mi N. exit 580 W. follow signs into downtown Dunedin. We're on the right 100 feet past the intersection of Highland and 580 (Main St.). - Nearest major airport: TPA 20 miles
- Directions from airport:
Exit airport and follow the signs to Rt. 60 West (Clearwater). Once on 60 merge to the left lanes quickly, as 60 veers left. Stay on 60 for approx. 17 mi. until you enter downtown Clearwater, where you will make a right on Ft. Harrison (Alt.19). After 4 mi. Alt. 19 will turn (90 degrees) to the right and there will be a stop light. Stay in right lane and go through the stop light and the downtown brick gates. Proceed forward through one stop, then a light, and then on more stop sign. At this point, look to your left, that's us, 458 Virginia lane. Check in and then we will direct you to our parking lot off the alley in the rear.
