    There is 72 hour cancellation policy. Holiday weekends and special events require a 14 day cancellation notice. Cancellations after this will result in a one night's lodging charge to your credit card for each room unless the room(s) can be rebooked. Yale Parents Weekend and Yale Graduation have a 1 month confirmed cancellation policy. Cancellations after this will result in a charge to your credit card for the entire stay booked unless the room/rooms can be rebooked. A $25 processing fee per room will be charged for all cancellations.

Look for the white picket fence. FROM RT 95 NORTH & SOUTH Take Exit 48, RT 91 North and follow direction above for RT 91 North & South. FROM RT 15 NORTH & SOUTH: Take Exit 61 (Whitney Avenue)(Hamden). Head toward New Haven. At approximately 3.3 miles you will enter New Haven. Go staight at the next light (East Rock Avenue). The next right is Huntington. We are the fifth house on the right after Huntington. Yellow house with white trim and green shutters and door with American & Irish flags on either side of the front entrance. Look for the white picket fence.

    Jeannine & Michael, who have lived in New Haven near Yale for over 30 years, became enchanted with bed and breakfasts during trips to Ireland. Jeannine, a retired data analyst, is an Irish set dancer and gourmet cook, while Michael, a retired public relations executive, is an Irish tenor with an album called Soldiers' Songs. They have two children, Michele and Sean, and grandchildren Connor and Mary Kate McGuire.
