• Deposit amount required (Deposit required--one night for weekday stay, two nights for weekends. Special deals, discount deals and special events require entire-stay deposit. Checks will be cashed and cards will be charged!)
• Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am SHARP
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations or modifications must occur at least 30 days prior to the reservation or the entire deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-booked. Within 30 days of arrival, the entire stay is non-refundable unless we ca re-book the room. Late arrival (after 7 pm) is available upon prior notice. There is a $25.00 cancellation charge for accepted cancellations.
