General Information

Silent Farm is a 85 acre working horse farm set away on a back country road where you can find peace and quiet, but only 1 1/2 miles off a major highway.Whether you are spending a romantic weekend or just a quiet evening you will enjoy your stay. Relax on one of the decks while watching the horses graze in the near by fields. Take a walk around the property where you can see deer and mother nature at her best.Enjoy a cup of tea by the fireplace. Just one stay and you will want to return again and again.

    We have a one bedroom suite in the main house with 2 full baths, livingroom, bedroom, and kitchen with a seperate entrance and private patio. We also have a cottage with a livingroom, bedroom, kitchen and bath with a covered porch overlooking the fields with horses grazing. There are 2 three bedroom guest houses available for short or long term stays as well as summere rentals.

  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary glass of wine by the fireside.)
  • Deposit amount required (Payment in full at time of reservation for one night; fifty percent for stays longer than one night.)
  • Check in time is 3:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM
  • Cancellations:
    Confirmed reservation with check. One week cancellation policy for standard booking minus $20.00 service fee. Two week cancellation for holidays.

Follow to second light and turn left onto Scotchtown Road. Follow 1 1/4 miles to Axworthy Lane which will be on your left. There will be a SILENT FARM sign on the corner. Turn left and follow around bend to your right and we will be on your left. There is a sign outside the wall by the driveway.
