General InformationSilent Farm is a 85 acre working horse farm set away on a back country road where you can find peace and quiet, but only 1 1/2 miles off a major highway.Whether you are spending a romantic weekend or just a quiet evening you will enjoy your stay. Relax on one of the decks while watching the horses graze in the near by fields. Take a walk around the property where you can see deer and mother nature at her best.Enjoy a cup of tea by the fireplace. Just one stay and you will want to return again and again.

We have a one bedroom suite in the main house with 2 full baths, livingroom, bedroom, and kitchen with a seperate entrance and private patio. We also have a cottage with a livingroom, bedroom, kitchen and bath with a covered porch overlooking the fields with horses grazing. There are 2 three bedroom guest houses available for short or long term stays as well as summere rentals.

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary glass of wine by the fireside.)
- Deposit amount required (Payment in full at time of reservation for one night; fifty percent for stays longer than one night.)
- Check in time is 3:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM

Confirmed reservation with check. One week cancellation policy for standard booking minus $20.00 service fee. Two week cancellation for holidays. Discounts available:

Follow to second light and turn left onto Scotchtown Road. Follow 1 1/4 miles to Axworthy Lane which will be on your left. There will be a SILENT FARM sign on the corner. Turn left and follow around bend to your right and we will be on your left. There is a sign outside the wall by the driveway. - Nearest major airport: SWF 14 miles

Turn right at light when you exit the airport onto Rt 207. Follow 207 about 12 miles until you get to your first light. Turn right onto Scotchtown Avenue.
