VICTORIAN HOUSE GRANOLA

- 8 cups OATMEAL
- 3 cups SHREDDED COCONUT
- 1 cup WHEAT OR OAT BRAN
- 2 teaspoons CINNAMON
- 2 cups WHEAT GERM
- 1 cup SUNFLOWER SEEDS
- 1 cup SLICED ALMONDS
- 1 1/2 cups HONEY
- 1 cup OIL
- 1 teaspoon VANILLA
Steps:
- SPRAY LARGE ALUMINUM PAN (WE USE A TURKEY ROASTING PAN) WITH OIL.
MEASURE AND POUR ALL DRY INGREDIENTS INTO OILED PAN.
- HEAT HONEY, OIL & VANILLA 1 MINUTE IN MICROWAVE OR UNTIL IT BLENDS.
ADD HONEY MIXTURE TO DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL
- BAKE AT 275 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR. TURN WITH SPATULA EVERY 15 MINUTES.
LAST 5 MINUTES ADD A HANDFUL OF RAISINS TO MIXTURE.
- LET COOL, POUR INTO PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH LID (CAN ALSO BE FROZEN)
