General InformationThe Victorian House, built in 1895, is nestled between the two oldest streets in the U.S. It has been lovingly restored and furnished in period antiques. We are located in the heart of the historic district one block from the St. Augustine harbor and marina. Within walking distance of fine restaurants, the waterfront, shops, museums and the Plaza. All rooms have private baths/showers with private parking. A full homemade breakfast is served each morning from 8:30 until 9:45AM and features homemade granola, sweet breads, coffeecake, fresh hot entree, fruit, juice, coffee and milk. You will love our breakfast!

- Check in time is 1pm-6pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Cancellation 7 days or more before reserve date = $35 charge. Cancellation 7 days or less before reserve date = 1 nights charge. Check out is 11:00AM and check in is between 1 and 6PM. Late arrivals should be prearranged. The office hours are 8:30AM till 9:00PM. - Accepted by the following agencies:

From 95 exit SR16 and go east for approx 10 miles then right on Rte 1 to King Street approx 3 miles then go east or left past fourth light. When you see POTTERS WAX MUSEUM on right, turn right on Aviles. Street (with a portal over it).
