  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations cause significant adverse impact due to our small size. Should you need to change your plans, your deposit (minus a $50 service charge) will be refunded if notice is provided within 14 days of your scheduled arrival time. On " Special Event/Holiday " weekends deposits are Non-Refundable. Cancellation that occur within 14 days of scheduled arrival time will be responsible for the entire balance of their stay.
