Amish Granola Muffins

- 1 cup Flour
- 1 3/4 cup Amish Granola
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Beat in the milk and oil.
- Combine the 2 mixtures.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
