Jeanne's cornbread casserole

Serves: 5Ingredients:
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed style corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2-3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients together by hand in a large bowl; save 1/2 the cheese. Optional ingredient: 1/4-1/2 c. melted butter.
- Pour mixture into one or 2 greased baking dishes; put remaining cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature. Serve as main dish or side dish.
