Deposits on reservations cancelled 31 days or less prior to your arrival date, last minute cancellations, earlier than scheduled departures, late arrivals or shortened stays, are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay. If we are able to re-rent the room for the entire stay there will be a one night cancellation fee. RESERVATIONS: We are open year-round and you are encouraged to book your reservations early.
