• Deposit amount required (1 night up front for stays up to 2 nights; and 2 nights pre-paid for stays of 3-10 nights.)
• Check in time is Before 11.30 PM and Check out time is 10-12 AM
• Cancellations:
  In case of a cancellation we use the following rules: Between two and one week in advance: we charge 25%. For a cancellation within a week before the planned arrival date we charge 50%. Full charge applies for a cancellation on the day of arrival or a guest who does not show up.
