Marcel gladly makes recommendations to his guests. We checked Café American and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast buffet, but Herengracht Food Drinks & Art is highly recommended as well.

Patio room in colorThe ‘Balcony Room’ has the nicest view, but you can better ask for a room in the back of the house if you’re a light sleeper. Due to the narrow staircase the guestrooms are less suitable for the disabled.
