Romance Packages

Wanting to pull out all of the stops for a truly memorable getaway? Add the Ultimate Romance Package to your suite reservation!

When you arrive, soft music and dimmed lighting will set the ambiance in your suite. A dozen roses in a pretty vase to take home will be prominently displayed with a card befitting the occasion. Romantic candles, an arrival tray of cheese and fruit and a bottle of your favorite Southern Illinois wine will be waiting. The next evening, enjoy our dinner package served at our favorite fine dining restaurant. We'll also add a few other special touches for a truly romantic getaway! $195 plus the cost of accommodations

Celebration Package

Flowers, chocolates, an arrival tray and a bottle of wine or sparkling juice are awaiting your arrival! ($90 + accommodations)

Wine Welcoming

Request a bottle of your favorite Southern Illinois wine and we'll have it waiting here for your arrival. Haven't tried any of our wines yet? Tell us your wine preference and we'll make the selection for you! $9-$30 based upon selection.

Arrival Tray

Arriving late and looking for a light supper or snack upon arrival? Request a cheese tray complete with a selection of cheeses, fruit, fresh bread, crackers, olives and a couple of chocolate dipped strawberries. ($40) Add a lavish salad - cesear, mixed green or chef with homemade dressings - for a more substantial repast ($15)

Midnight Snack

We won't be delivering this at midnight but as another alternative for a late arrival or really anytime, try a tasty feast of fruited chicken salad, fresh fruit and dip, chocolate dipped strawberries, cheese, crackers, fresh bread and a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. ($50)

Picnic Or Backpack Lunch

Enjoy a scrumptious picnic or backpack lunch as you tour the Shawnee Wine Trail or as you hike, bike or canoe the beautiful nature trails of Southernmost Illinois. Tailored to your tastes, our picnic includes a basket of delicious goodies - fresh green salad, cheese, fruit, bread, roasted chicken, bottled water and something for your sweet tooth! Our backpack lunch, equally scrumptious, is prepared with eating-on-the-go in mind ... piled high sandwiches of your choice, trail mix, homemade cookies, fresh fruit, granola bars, and bottled water. ($45)

Dinner Package

Try dinner at one of our favorite restaurants - gourmet delights in comfortable yet elegant atmosphere - for a truly wonderful celebration! The Hidden Lake package includes your choice of soup or salad and entree while you share an appetizer and dessert. All non-alcoholic beverages, tax and tip are also included. ($85 per couple. Alcoholic beverages available at an additional charge.)

Climb the Bluffs of Southernmost Illinois!
If you been wanting to give rock climbing a try or if your rock climbing has been limited to the gym, Veritical Heartlands Rock Climbing School will have you climbing within the hour! They'll supply all of the equipment as well as provide personal instruction ... we'll provide the jacuzzi for soaking those tired muscles afterwards! 1/2 day of climbing $75-$100/person.
