dan's sweet salmon
Total preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- one fresh filet of self caught salmon
- cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- no dry pan premium olive oil
- 1/2 cup reisling wine
Steps:
- olive oil in a hot skillet
- slice garlic and brown
- place flesh side down onto garlic to sear
- flip over onto skin
- place brown sugar on the flesh side now up and cover. Add reisling wine for softness.
