Savoury Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 1 Pastry, creamcheese, cheese, eggs, sage sausage, half & half
• 1 9inch Pilsbury Pastry Crust, 3 8ounce packets cream cheese,5 eggs,5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 1llb sage sausage cooked and drained

Steps:

1. Cook, drain and cool sausage
2. In a Kitchen Aid or other mixer beat cream cheese until soft. Add eggs 1 at a time. Scrape down sides of mixer add all other ingredients and mix well.Fold in draind sausage.
3. Line a 9 inch springform pan with pastry. Pour in cheese mixture.
4. Preheat oven to 375 and cook cheesecake on middle shelf for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
5. This recipe freezes well. Thaw completely and reheat at 350 for 30 minutes
