Nestled among rolling hills, our cozy charming retreat offers beautiful rooms. We offer six luxurious rooms with private bath, free WiFi, fireplace, cable TV, two person jacuzzi and a private entrance. We provide full daily breakfasts each morning. Cancellations: Cancellations of all confirmed accommodations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival for a full refund, less a $25 handling fee. (Holidays, Special Events and multiple room reservations require a 30 day Cancellation notice.) Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the room rate for all rooms and all dates cancelled. NO SHOWS FORFEIT AND WILL BE CHARGED FOR TOTAL DAYS RESERVED. Because we are a small inn with only 6 rooms, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, whether used or unused. We understand that circumstances arise, sometimes out of a guests control requiring the cancellation of a reservation, however, as a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us and the services we are able to provide. Therefore, an attempt will be made to rebook any cancelled room, but no guarantees of booking can be given. If we are successful in re-booking the room, we will refund your cancellation less a $50 service fee.

This was our first b&b experience and we simply loved it! We were treated with warmth and friendliness and the room was beyond our expectations! Breakfast each morning was very delicious and snacks were available to us at any time of the day. We will definately be back again!

A great, relaxing, rural setting, off the beaten trail but close to activities. Bunny and Charles are available but not intrusive. The room was very comfortable. Everything in the facility was well maintained and functioning.

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon. It was my first B&B experience. I was made to feel at home the moment I walked into Bunny's door! She had decorated for Christmas and the place was amazing!! Her breakfasts are the best I've ever had! Her warm and inviting personality along with the beauty of her home, the surroundings and of course those breakfasts will have us back there again!!!
