Five blocks up from Lake Superior in the historic mansion district of Duluth, this historic residence was built in 1908 for Joseph & Louise Cotton and quickly became a focal point of the unique Duluth social life. Enjoy the Grand Parlor, Formal Dining Room, Library and Sunroom as it was intended for the corporate attorney for U.S. Steel and John D. Rockefeller.
