Greek Yogurt Chicken
Total preparation time: 1/2 hour
Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2-3 cloves garlic pressed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 chicken breasts
Steps:
- Mix ingreients and marinade over night with about 1/4 cup of sauce. Save the rest.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, turn, and bake another 30 minutes.
- Cover with leftover sauce. This is a wonderful, tart, Greek dish that a Greek friend of mine loved. Enjoy!
