Spruce Hill Manor is an elegant 1879 Victorian mansion located in historic University City, just minutes to Center City and many of Philadelphia's historic attractions. The tree lined residential neighborhood is in walking distance to Drexel University, the University of Pennsylvania, HUP, Children’s, Veterans and Presbyterian Hospitals and a short ride by bus, trolley, car or cab to 30th Street Station, the Convention Center and Museum district.

Surrounded by spacious lawns and gardens, Spruce Hill Manor features elegant architecture with period and antique furnishings in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. All our rooms and suites have private bath, kitchenette, cable TV, AC, Wireless Internet access and land line for free local calls. Innkeepers are always available for your every need while respecting the privacy of the guests.

The Manor is family owned and operated; innkeepers Janet and Adrienne Reitano live on site and are available 24/7 to provide you with complete concierge services. From the moment you make your reservation we consider you our guests, entitled to all the services we provide.
