General Information

Getaway to a newly upgraded cottage offering Southern hospitality along with with a beautiful sunset overlooking Lake Travis. The recreational opportunities are endless with a private boat dock for swimming, fishing or docking your boat. GrandAnne's is only 25 minutes away from downtown Austin and within a leisurely drive of Hill Country amenities. More photos are available on request.

    (2) the downstairs with a master bedroom with a queen bed, a small room w/futon, a family room with two 7 ft couches, a brand new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen ($200).
    (3) the whole house which may sleep six to eight. ($300).
    A 6% bed tax is additional.
    *$25 charge for each additional person
    *If your stay includes having additional guests over for a party, advance permission is mandatory and a charge added.

Booth is a horseshoe shaped circle. Turn on the second leg of Booth. GrandAnne's is on the right, 15953 Booth Circle. Look for GrandAnne's sign in the yard and a rock marked COLE. 2. From Hwy 183 and RR 620, go three miles south on RR 620 to FM 2769. Turn right on FM 2769. Turn left at a stop sign in about a mile staying on FM 2769 to Booth Circle about 5 miles.(See above) 3. From I-35, turn on RR 620 south (exit 252B)and follow directions above
