    If the resevation is cancelled within tow weeks of the guest's arrival a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to the guest's credit card. Should the reservation be cancelled within two days of the guest's arrival the entire reservation will become non-refundable. Exceptions apply for graduations and holidays.
