Nestled under the oaks, just steps to the Cape Cod National Seashore and the Cape Cod Rail Trail, we offer accommodations for the Bed and Breakfast traveler that wants a family getaway on Cape Cod. Located halfway between Hyannis and Provincetown it is the perfect location for your retreat. For a lifetime of memories on your family vacation, the Inn at the Oaks should be at the top of your list.
We have a variety of room types and amenities designed for friends and family alike; including 2 pet friendly rooms in our Carriage House.

Policies- Minimum stay required (2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay over holidays)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking allowed on the porch)
- Guest pets are welcome (Pets welcomed in the 1st Mate Suites in the Carriage House)
- Children are welcome (We welcome families of all ages!)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A minimum 50% deposit is requested with the
balance payable upon ARRIVAL.)
- Check in time is 2 pm - 7pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations should be made 14 days prior to the arrival date to ensure a full refund less a $25 cancellation charge. Full refunds from a cancellation made after this 14 day period, will occur only if the room is re-rented. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Pam & Don enjoy sailing on Pleasant Bay with their children Christian & Kali. They met 10 years ago playing racquetball and have been together ever since. Our time together has even included staying here at The Inn At The Oaks, formerly the Over Look Inn, on our wedding night (prior to purchasing it.) - The innkeepers speak: English
