We have a wide variety of room types: Waterfalls Guest rooms,Loft Suites,Executive Suites and even a Penthouse. We offer rooms with King, Queen and double beds...all rooms and suites have their own private bath,a/c and color cable tv. ($89/FALL WEEKDAY NIGHTS for Guest rooms to $269/night for a 2 Bedroom Executive suite in the summer.)

- Deposit amount required (An advance deposit equal to one night's stay is required to confirm a reservation. For Stays of 4 nights or more a 50% deposit is required.)

- Cancellations:
A cancellation with less than 20 days' notice prior to arrival results in forfeiture of the advance deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 72hrs of the reservation arrival date or a no-show occurs- the FULL amount of the reservation stay will be charged, no refunds will be issued. We refund a deposit if we are given 20 days notice prior to arrival minus a charge of 10 percent for processing/handling. (Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process after notification, the deposit is credited to the last night of a confirmed stay.) No refunds are authorized for early departures. Discounts available:
