Individual Cheese Cakes

Serves: 48Ingredients:
- 2 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
Steps:
- Mix sugar & egg together then add cream cheese. Blend graham cracker crumbs and butter together. Place tsp of crumb mix in mini muffin wrap (set in mini baking tin) and compress. Add 1 tsp cream cheese mix into each muffin wrap. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Don’t over bake, you don’t want them yellow. Place 1 cherry pie filling on each little cheese cake.
