General InformationThe historic Gables Inn Sausalito was originally built in 1869 and has been recently renovated into a beautiful, romantic Inn in the heart of downtown Sausalito. Guests find themselves within a short walk to over 200 quaint shops, galleries, ferries to San Francisco, and a wide variety of gourmet restaurants. Guests can enjoy relaxing around the main fireplace for the complimentary wine and cheese reception every evening, or watching a sunrise from their private balcony overlooking San Francisco Bay. Included in the price of each room a continental breakfast, evening wine and cheese reception and morning newspaper.

Take 101 North across the Golden Gate Bridge, exit immediately after getting off bridge at Alexander Avenue. Follow Alexander down the hill approx 2 miles in to Sausalito until you reach the first traffic light which is at Princess Street. Turn left and proceed up the hill. We are just around the corner on the right hand side at 62 Princes Street.
