Hot Crabmeat Dip

Total preparation time:  15 minutes
Serves:  25

Ingredients:

  • 3 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Confectioners' Sugar
  • dash Salt
  • dash Onion Salt
  • 3 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Dry White Wine
  • 15 shakes Hot Sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb Lump Crabmeat

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients in double boiler and mix until hot and well blended.
  2. Move to chafing dish.

Relax on the porch swing with a good book or a nap. Enjoy the country life, watch the birds, listen to the waterfall and let nature help you unwind and be renewed.The inn was originally built as a farm house and therefore, we have named our rooms for farm animals. The pig room is decorated with a number of little pigs waiting to welcome you.
The Horse Room is located in the back of the house overlooking farmland. Enjoy a good nights rest in a queen-size bed.The Cow Room has two double beds, ideal for a family with a child or two ladies traveling together. The Franklin Style Gas Stove will keep you toasty warm in cold weather. The desk affords a place to work if you really must.
