General Information

Five bedroom, three story house with tropical garden entry, screened in patio breakfast area surrounded by lush tropical plants. 1st floor has 2 guest rooms, each with private bath, living area with tv, and dining area. 2nd floor has 2 guest rooms, living area, make up area, large bathroom, tv, small refrigerator, futon can be used as additional double bed, and terrazo. 3rd floor is a suite with private bath, double futon bed and patio area. We are Located in a safe residential area of Cancun. Cancun B&B's rates include daily immaculate housekeeping, phone for local calls in Cancun, cable tv, ceiling fans, air conditioners and private baths in every room, and transportation to and from the Cancun airport with a minimal stay of three nights. We do not have a swimming pool nor do we have play area facilities for children. We are not located on the beach, where the cost of living for tourists is 4-5 times greater than in the downtown area. We are located about 1 mile from the beginning of the hotel zone and beaches. On bus route. 20 minute walk to center of downtown area.

If you cancel within 30 days of the time of arrival, you will be given a credit of the equal amount of the deposit, less the equivalent of 2 nights stay, which can be used toward a future reservation, which must take place within 1 year of the date of the cancellation.
