General Information

Cancun's hidden treasure. We can make your stay or stopover in Cancun a memorable one. We have turned this five bedroom, three story house with tropical garden entry, screened in patio breakfast area surrounded by lush tropical plants, typical of Cancun, into a true bed and breakfast. 1st floor has 2 guest rooms, each with private bath, living area with tv, and dining area with spring water cooler. 2nd floor has 2 guest rooms, living area with tv, spring water cooler, make up area, large bathroom, futon, which can be used as additional double bed, and terrazzo. 3rd floor is a suite with private bath, double futon bed and patio area. Cancun B&B's rates include daily housekeeping, phone for local calls in Cancun, cable tv, wi-fi, ceiling fans, air conditioners and private baths in every room, transportation to/from the Cancun bus terminal and a full breakfast of choice, by menu, each morning. We are located in a safe residential area of downtown Cancun, 1 mile from the beginning of Cancun's hotel zone and the beautiful Cancun beaches. On bus route. 20 minute walk to center of downtown Cancun.

• Cancellations:
  We require a deposit of 50% during high season. If you cancel prior to 30 days before your date of arrival, we will return the entire deposit, less the equivalent of 1 night stay. If you cancel within 30 days of the time of arrival, you will be given a credit of the equal amount of the deposit, less the equivalent of 2 nights stay, which can be used toward a future reservation, which must take place within 1 year of the date of the cancellation.
