Peach Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 1 Part Ripe Peaches
  • 1 Part Non Fat Buttermilk
  • To Taste Sugar

Steps:

  1. Puree Peaches in food processor or blender.
  2. Pour into a pitcher. Add equal part of Non Fat Buttermilk.
  3. Add Sugar to personal taste. I use 1.5 cups for 1 gallon of Lassi. Stir.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Serve Often!
