Cheese Strata

Ingredients:

• 12 slices French Bread (day old, cubed)
• 2/3 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
• 1 cup Breakfast Meat (optional)
• 24 Eggs (beaten)
• 4 cups Milk
• 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 2 teaspoons Pepper

Steps:

1. Prepare 12-24 hours before baking, then refrigerate.
2. Grease a 3 qt Casserole dish. Arrange bread cubes, meat & cheese in dish.
3. Beat eggs & remaining ingredients. Pour over bread mixture.
4. Cover & Refrigerate.
5. Bake @ 350 F for about 1 hour.
