General Information

La Maison Marigny is one of Travel and Leisure Magazine's TOP TEN B&Bs in America. Our B&B is located steps off of Esplanade Avenue at the gateway to both the French Quarter and one of America's hottest neighborhoods, the Faubourg Marigny. Our deluxe guest rooms each feature designer fabrics, luxury bedding, private baths, 66-channel cable television with DVD player/collection, antique/reproduction furnishings and more. From the B&B, it's a quick and easy walk to nearly all of New Orleans' major attractions, including the French Quarter, French Market, Aquarium of the Americas/IMAX, Jackson Square, Riverwalk, Bourbon Street clubs, Harrah's casino, and dozens of fine restaurants. • Cancellations:
  Unless stated otherwise on the confirmation issued by the B&B, reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Within 30 days, refunds will be issued for any/all days which can rebooked. Credit cards are charged the full amount 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the hosts. Presentation of the actual plastic credit card and cardholder signature will be required at check-in to complete the transaction. Our cancellation policies vary by season so be sure to read the B&B-issued confirmation letter.

  exit airport onto I-10 Eastbound. At the I-10/I-610 split, stay on I-10. Near the Superdome, be sure to stay on I-10 rather than taking Hwy 90...you'll be across the river in a few minutes! From I-10, exit Esplanade Avenue and turn right. Cross Rampart (only red light) and the third street is Bourbon. Take a left, and the B&B will be mid-block on your right at #1421.
