The Verandahs B&B By The Lake (Your home away from home!) provides all of the amenities and services for a truly memorable stay. You’ll be steps away from Lake Simcoe; a 5 minute walk to the beach. Relax and curl up with a great novel on the verandahs, the new suntan deck or in one of the several guest areas of the house. Stroll the gardens & the grounds; Watching the bird show is a breathtaking experience, brought to you by Mother Nature, appearing annually at The Verandahs! Relax, from traveling or skiing, in our seven person arctic spa hot tub - a beautiful way to end a strenuous day of activities.

The Verandahs B&B by the Lake has been newly designed to spoil each of our guests. Weddings, HoneyMoons, Anniversaries, Get-Away Escapes, Special Events and Friends Weekends are only a few of the occasions being planned here.

The Verandahs Breakfasts are an experience in culinary excellence; Delicious, Full breakfasts with home baked pastries, prepared with each guest’s dietary considerations. (Menus available upon request)

Policies

  • Minimum stay required (High Season Weekends require minimum 2 Night Stay, Unless Pre-Arranged)
  • Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoke Free except in limited designated smoking areas)
  • We cannot accommodate guest pets
  • Accommodations are not suitable for children
  • No childcare is provided
  • Deposit amount required (50% of Enite Stay due at Booking.)
  • Check in time is 3:00PM and Check out time is 11:00AM
  • Cancellations:
    Cancellations may be made up to 10 days prior to reservation date. If cancelled by this time, (by email, fax or certified mail) a $25 administrative fee and a 3% credit card processing fee will be charged to your credit card. Cancellations made after the 10 day grace period, will be subject to the full amount of the accommodation , billed to your credit card.
